NEWS: ADRIONWIND presented at stakeholder workshop in Sarajevo

The ADRIONWIND project was presented at a stakeholder workshop held in Sarajevo on May 23, 2025, as part of the INITIATE Horizon Europe initiative, hosted by JP Elektroprivreda BiH.

The workshop brought together representatives from academia, public institutions, and industry to discuss the development of offshore and nearshore wind energy in the Adriatic-Ionian region, including Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The ADRIONWIND project focuses on:
– Strengthening knowledge and capacity building
– Mapping wind energy potential
– Supporting the development of institutional and legislative frameworks for wind energy

Through collaboration with partners across the region, ADRIONWIND contributes to fostering innovation, cross-border cooperation, and sustainable energy development.
